Submit the completed application form along with four recent passport-size photographs of the student (one affixed to the application form).
Attach one recent passport-size photograph each of the student's mother and father.
Provide an attested copy of the student's Birth Certificate, clearly indicating the date of birth, issued by the Municipal Corporation or any other competent authority.
Submit the Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school, if applicable.
Attach the latest Report Card / Mark Sheet from the previous school, if applicable.
The completed application form must be submitted to the School Office within one week from the date of issue.
Ensure that every section of the application form is filled correctly and signed. The student's date of birth must exactly match the Birth Certificate.
Submission or registration of the application form does not guarantee admission. The decision of the School Management shall be final in all admission matters.
